Swedish singer, Karin Park has enjoyed success back in her home country since her debut back in 2003, even getting nominated for the 'Spellemannspris-Awards', aka the 'Norwegian Grammys'. She's currently out on tour in support of her new album called, Ashes To Gold, which was released on YAP Records in Norway this past April, and was produced by Datarock frontman Fredrik Saroea. Along with touring with Datarock she's doing a free showcase tonight at Piano's in NYC where you can check out her electro-pop sounds, that have been drawning comparisons to Lykke Li and The Knife. There's no current US release date as of yet for the LP, but the first two singles off of 'Ashes to Gold' are available now through iTunes.
