With an Italian Father, an English Mother, and his family moving him to France when he was 5, it's no wonder that singer/songwriter Piers Faccini sounds as nomadic as his life has been. Faccini, who was actually born in London and speaks four languages, considers himself to be a bit of a mongrel, being able to absorb different cultures and music from around the world. Faccini released his first solo album in 2004 to critical acclaim in France and much of Europe, and is now out with his latest LP, Two Grains of Sand, which saw a release in the States just last week. The new disc features some really stunning, intimate tracks, but the best of the lot is the new track, " A Storm Is Going to Come " which you can listen to below.
