After almost 3 years since her last album, I had almost forgotten how much I liked Regina Spektor's 2006 LP, Begin To Hope. But after hearing news of the NYC based, Russian born Spektor's new album, Far, coming out this June 23, via Sire Records, I quickly remembered just how impressive her last disc was.As for the new disc, 'Far', Spektor brought on board more than a few big named producers to lend a hand, ranging from "Jacknife" Lee and 'Begin to Hope' producer David Kahne, to Mike Elizondo and Travelling Willbury himself, Jeff Lynne.
