Paper Route's long awaited debut full length, Absence hit stores a few weeks back. The Nashville based, electro-synth heavy group have gained a dedicated growing legion of fans over the last several years just off the strength of a few EP's, one of which was the precursor to 'Absence', the ' 08 EP 'Are We All Forgotten'. Early reviews coming in for the new album have been drawing comparisons and claims that Paper Route are America's answer to Euro symphonic-pop artists like, M83 and Air. One song that appeared both on the EP and now on 'Absence' is the emotionally charged first single, "Carousel." The band just released a new video for the track by the famed director Olivier Groulx ( Arcade Fire ). Check it out below.
