It's been almost 3 years since Regina Spektor's last album, Begin to Hope came out. The disc was a breakthrough for the Russian born singer, featuring the piano driven tracks "Fidelity", "Better", and "On The Radio."She's been relatively quiet since then, but her new album "Far" is due out this coming June 23, and she just posted the first new track up on her myspace, called "Laughing With."
