I've been seriously digging the Cincinnati band Pomegranates, ever since catching them opening up for Wye Oak last month. The bands second full length, Everybody,Come Outside! dropped this past April, and loosely flows on the conceptual theme of a young boy leaving home, who swims across the Ocean, only to be abducted by a time traveler. It sounds bizarre, but it actually works well, with the groups charming indie-pop melodies. Jerusalem Had A Bad Day - Pomegranates
