A few months back we told you about the new guitar documentary, It Might Get Loud, that followed three famous guitar players spanning three generations of music, Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack White. The doc which was directed by Davis Guggenheim (Inconvenient Truth) premiered at multiple festivals this year, including Sundance, where it was named an Official Selection, and sees the three men getting together to talk guitars, careers and play some music. The film was picked up by Sony Pictures Classics, and is scheduled for release on Aug. 14., with a just released new trailer now available (see below). In addition to the chatting and jamming, the film promises new original music from Page, the making of a U2 single, and also new music from White.
