The Antlers: 'Hospice' (stream full LP)

We talked about Brooklyn's The Antlers new LP, Hospice a while back prior to the albums release, and we've been meaning to get back to give it another mention since coming out in the beginning of the month. You can stream the album in full below, which is the best way to hear the disc, as it is an album that flows best when listening to it from start to finish.
The album which delves into weighty topics of love and loss, pain, recovery and how one moves on, is all at once subtle, restrained and intricate. The almost two year time it took to finish the CD is evident, as singer Peter Silberman crafted an album with many tiny details that give it a rich depth and emotion, holding back where others might push the envelope. You can give it a listen for yourself below, or you can download the album here.
