Get to Know: Wickerbird-'The Crow Mother'

If intimate, dreamy folk tunes are your thing, then you need to seriously run out and get the new album, The Crow Mother from Wickerbird. The small solo project is the creation of Washington native, Blake Cowan. The LP was recorded deep in the woods of Washington state, and you can almost feel it in your bones when listening. The ambient and minimalist tones shine through, especially on the song, "The Fold." Give a watch to the video for the track below and tell me that the imagery doesn't fit the song perfectly.
