One of the masters of melancholy, Regina Spektor, just came out with her latest disc, Far earlier this week. The album has been earning her some nice reviews for her quirky piano driven stylings. Even though the album is brand new, Spektor has released three videos off the LP already, and now you can make it four. She has just put out the latest video from the album, for the song "Man of a Thousand Faces."
The new video comes with the special CD/DVD Edition of 'Far' that includes 2 extra tracks & 4 videos.
Regina is currently out on tour across Europe on the Festival circuit, with dates to begin in N. America in Sept.

Over the past several weeks we've been offering up early looks into Regina Spektor's new album Far, with videos for new songs, "Laughing With" and "Eet." new video: Regina Spektor-"Eet"

The super talented Regina Spektor just released the second video from her forthcoming album, Far. Just a week or so Spektor put out a video for the melodic track, "Laughing With", and now we see Spektor's take on the charming new song,"Eet", which sees Spektor typing frantically in the desert.
Far comes out this June 23rd on Sire Records.

Hear new Regina Spektor track- "Laughing With"

It's been almost 3 years since Regina Spektor's last album, Begin to Hope came out. The disc was a breakthrough for the Russian born singer, featuring the piano driven tracks "Fidelity", "Better", and "On The Radio."
She's been relatively quiet since then, but her new album "Far" is due out this coming June 23, and she just posted the first new track up on her myspace, called "Laughing With."

Regina Spektor: New album this June

After almost 3 years since her last album, I had almost forgotten how much I liked Regina Spektor's 2006 LP, Begin To Hope. But after hearing news of the NYC based, Russian born Spektor's new album, Far, coming out this June 23, via Sire Records, I quickly remembered just how impressive her last disc was.
As for the new disc, 'Far', Spektor brought on board more than a few big named producers to lend a hand, ranging from "Jacknife" Lee and 'Begin to Hope' producer David Kahne, to Mike Elizondo and Travelling Willbury himself, Jeff Lynne.
